Job Description
We are seeking a QA Tester for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Englewood, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Analyze system requirements for various computer system modules.
- Create manual and automation wireless test scripts for GUI or services, and database validation.
- Create automation scripts to integrate into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Execute manual and automation test scripts.
- Maintain manual and automation test scripts for regression testing.
- Log and track problems (bugs).
- Contribute to continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with a globally distributed team.
Qualifications
- Expertise with one or more test automation framework.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong desire to succeed.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies (functional, non-functional, end-to-end, regression testing).
- Experience with database testing.
- Understanding of Agile and SCRUM.
- Experience working in continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- High-energy, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to provide results with minimal supervision.
- Experience with test management tools such as ALM, Octane, or a similar tool is desirable.
- Experience with automation tools like UFT, Selenium, Maven, Gradle and Ready API.
- Experience with automation tools like Load UI or JMeter for Performance SLA/Load Testing.
- Experience with automation scripting using programming languages like Java & Python.
- Contribute individually and as a member of a team.
- Telecom hands on testing experience preferred.
- Wireless testing experience is a nice to have.
Additional Information
This contract-to-hire role is located onsite in Englewood, CO (near I-25 and Lincoln).
